What is the return policy?
You have 14 days from order receipt to request a return. You then have an additional 7 days from the request date to post the item back us. All items must be in their original packaging with ribbon attached. Including the box, case, slip & cloth in a sellable condition. We cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear.
Please note the original postage cost will not be refunded.
For UK and international returns we recommend using a tracked service with your local post office or courier. Please hold on to your proof of postage until we have received your returned item and allow up to 10 days for us to process this.
If your item is faulty, please notify us at info@hornestudio.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

In your email please include:
- Your Order Number
- Reason for Return
Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions.
You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.
Horne Studio will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund please allow us 10 days to process this

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
