Acetate & Metal Sunglasses / Blue Light glasses  Care Instructions

Keep your acetate sunglasses looking their best with these simple care tips:

Cleaning

  • Rinse lenses under lukewarm water to remove dust and debris.
  • Use a small drop of mild, lotion-free dish soap if needed.
  • Gently clean with your fingers, then rinse thoroughly.
  • Dry with a clean, soft microfibre cloth.

Handling

  • Always use both hands when putting on or removing your sunglasses to keep the frame aligned.
  • Avoid placing them face-down to prevent lens scratches.

Storage

  • Store your sunglasses in a protective case when not in use.
  • Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Heat & Chemicals

  • Do not leave sunglasses in hot environments (e.g. car dashboards, near heaters) as heat can warp acetate.
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, sunscreen, or cleaning chemicals, which may damage the frame finish.

Maintenance

  • Check screws and fittings regularly and tighten if needed.
  • For adjustments or repairs, visit a professional optician.

With proper care, your acetate sunglasses will maintain their shape, colour, and comfort for years to come.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be processed the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship using Royal Mail with the following services:

  • Royal Mail 24 – Aims to deliver within 1 working day after dispatch

  • Royal Mail 48 – Aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control (such as weather, peak periods, or Royal Mail delays).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage costs may apply to resend the order.

Orders & Processing 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend, change, or cancel orders once they have been placed.
This includes quantities, delivery addresses, or shipping methods.
